aboutme
Hi, my name is Nick Irons and I am a multimedia producer. In late 2007, after working for almost fifteen years in the entertainment industry, I began to apply my knowledge and experience to the field of digital media, and then in 2009 shifted my career entirely into multimedia design and production.
Drawing on my experience in the web design, theatre, film and television industries, I specialise in crafting audio-visual stories that enable organisations to communicate their visions in engaging and compelling ways. Unlike designers who come from a strictly graphic or programming background, I consider myself a storyteller first, and so focus on shaping the story an organisation or individual wishes to tell before developing the ideal visual means to present it.
I am ably supported by a team of collaborators that include motion-graphic artists, illustrators, film & TV directors, musicians, journalists, social network marketeers, and web developers. So whether you're an executive looking for a presentation in time for a big conference, a company seeking an effective web presence, a non-profit planning a new appeal, or an artist needing an online gallery, I can help you get your message out there.
For five years I lived and worked in Los Angeles, but I recently returned to the UK to study for a Masters of Arts degree in Digital Media Practice at Kingston University, London.
My past and present clients include artists, filmmakers, a telecommunications company, a private gym, a theatre school, an art gallery, mining companies, and a financial management firm.
